In unfortunate cases, the uninsured parcels will be covered up to a maximum of £100 in a maximum of 30 days.

The above prices do not include big and light items (beds, couches, wardrobes, toys, big cardboard boxes, matresses etc) The prices for these items are calculated using the Volumetric system:
Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 6000 - the result will be multiplied with the price per kg based on the collection area.
THE LARGER SUM BETWEEN ACTUAL WEIGHT AND VOLUMETRIC WEIGHT WILL BE THE ON YOU HAVE TO PAY.

WE ARE SORRY BUT ITS ILLEGAL TO CARRY CIGARETTES (ANY TABACCO PRODUCT) AND ALCOHOL (ANY ALCOHOLING BEVERAGE)

All the parcels will be checked and all of the alcohol and tabacco producs will be seized.

In case the products will be discovered by the customs officers, the fine will be paid by either the sender or the receiver. (The fines start from 80 pounds.)
